In addition to any terms and conditions mentioned above, the following apply:

§         The Iridium SIM card you activate under this plan must be a new one.

§         This offer is only available for orders received between February 1 and June 30, 2008.

§         This offer applies for new 9505A type terminals only.

§         SIM cards are to be activated under the North America plan and are to stay activated for a minimum duration of 24 months.

§         For SIM cards deactivated before the end of the 24 month period Galaxy1 will charge an early termination fee of $750.

§         SIM cards activated under this program may not be swapped to other subscription plans.

§         10 free ISU to PSTN North America voice minutes per month are included. There is no carry over of unused minutes to the next month. There is no discount for ISU-ISU, data, inbound or other satellite systems. Free minutes are North America originating only (US, Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean) and terminating in all +1 markets (except Hawaii, Mexico and Guam).

§         Orders and activations benefiting from this promotion are excluded from any other Galaxy1 promotion.

§         Claims and phones received after June 30, 2008 will be considered void.
